That could be good, might be able to tempt a couple of fellas from work to join at the cheaper rate for a few winter into spring sessions on the Thames & Colne etc...
Went fishing with them last Saturday in Ely (Cambs) and caught my first Zander - a whopper of 1lb 7oz - and would be able to return the favour with some trips!

I have not heard from you, so here is a summary
Youngsters UNDER the age of 16 can fish Batchworth lake Rickmansworth free from Dawn until Dusk. This is true for the registered disabled and OAPs. Anyone else can obtain a day permit fro Three Rivers Council at £5 per day, again Dawn to Dusk.
This permit does not cover the adjacent River Colne, this is MEMBERS ONLY.
You are always most welcome, although the lake is primarily a specimen water which is why I recommend you call me before you embark on your day out

Why oh Why does the website not work to update my membership!
I have been trying to renew my membership but after logging on it sends me to the shop or round in circles. I can get into new membership part of site but existing member site takes me back to the shop. Am just thinking of paying the extra £5 and paying as a new member to make life easier. Can anyone please help before I pull all of my hair out.
